Delivery and Refund Information
Order cancellation
- Order cancellation by phone or email within 24 hrs of placement of order can be arranged.
- Goods already shipped before cancellation request is processed can be recalled/ retuned however freight charges cannot be refunded.
- If the item ordered is out of stock in our warehouse, we will attempt to contact you via email or phone to discuss a back order for item or refund.
Refund and Return Policy
- Change of mind - please select items carefully as we do not provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind instore or online.
- When the product has a fault, leakage or does not match the description the customer under these circumstances may negotiate with staff so an appropriate solution can be provided in the way of refund, replacement or repair.
- Please note the all requests for a refund must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refund or replacement requests must be lodged with Aldax customer support team within 7 days of delivery or pick up
- Lost deliveries – Tracking details on order are sent to customers on despatch. If deliveries are noted as lost by courier or Australia Post arrangements will be made to replace order. Proof of “lost status must be provided to Aldax customer service team within 30 days of goods being shipped. A full replacement will be arranged.
- If an inaccurate delivery address is provided or if you move and delivery cannot be completed, we cannot be held responsible.
- Customers are responsible for freight costs associated with returning goods for refund, credit or exchange (our errors excluded)
- Returning goods must be in new, unopened condition with all seals intact.
Shipping Information
- Goods will be dispatched within 5 working days of order being received, subject to availability. With the exception of moulds which are made to order such as plaster, latex, concrete and some silicone moulds. Please allow 10 working days for moulds.
- Orders are shipped out Tuesday to Friday.
- If you require moulds quickly please ring and discuss with customer service prior to ordering.
- Goods will be dispatched via courier or Australia Post. Standard and Express services are available. We will endeavour to provide the postage option chosen at cart, sometimes this is not possible due to factors including, weight restrictions and location.
- Products sent to remote areas generally take 4 to 10 days as an estimate and not guaranteed.
- Any orders with items classed as dangerous, must travel by road.
- Shipping time frames can vary during certain times of the year such as Christmas, Easter and Public Holidays.
